Parents are also expected to take their children to see Santa at the Jasper Mall and other sites where he can get last-minute requests. They may also spend part of the day getting those gifts, as well as Christmas cards, ready to mail. Jasper Postmaster Greg D. Conner said that during the coming week, Dec. 11-18, customer traffic is expected to be the busiest mailing and shipping week of the year.
